Refund Timeline

After we receive your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

  • URGPU covers return shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Customer covers return shipping for non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind or wrong model ordered).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper installation.
  • Items returned without serial numbers or original packaging.
  • Digital products, software, or downloadable content.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.

Orders Delivered After Refund

If your product arrives after a refund has been issued, please keep it sealed and contact us immediately. We’ll guide you on how to return the product or reverse the refund in a secure and transparent manner.

Common Questions

Can I exchange instead of refunding?

Yes. If you prefer an exchange, mention it in your return request. We’ll check availability and arrange a replacement once we receive your item.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Take clear photos or a short video of the packaging and damaged item within 48 hours of delivery. Send them to us through the Contact Page and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Yes, as long as the order has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once shipped, returns will follow this policy.
